The property is made of 9 structures on approximately 22 acres (9 hectares ). The main house or boutique hotel has 6 guest rooms, community living and dining areas, and large restaurant/ kitchen. The connected adjacent building houses laundry, office, and an employee area. There is a full service spa with waterfall, large heated hydrotherapy soaking pool, 5 private treatment rooms, 2 showers and a bathroom. Below the gym area there is an owners/managers private 1 bedroom/1 bath luxury home with plunge pool. Also on the property are 3 homes with which we provide free housing to employees who qualify. 2 of them are 2 bed/2 bath homes and the other is 1 bed/1 bath. These modern homes feature a/c bedrooms, hot water. There is an above ground 16,000 gallon water tank, bodegas for storage, a covered exercise/gym area, and a 500 square foot raised yoga platform.

Guest Demographics
80% of the guests are from the US and are between 25-34 years old. Also, seasonally older guests, and guests from Canada, South America, British, and from several other countries. The largest category of guests would be people on their honeymoon. Typical guest stay is over 5 days.

The beach is a three and a half kilometer stretch of white sand and warm blue water. Tamarindo is surrounded by National Parks to its north and south, and mountains with breathtaking views to its east. Nature is abundant, Leatherback Turtles lay their eggs in the northern part of the bay, Howler Monkeys are heard and seen swinging on branches throughout Tamarindo. In some restaurants giant Iguanas will come up to your table expecting table scraps. In the late afternoons you can hear the parakeets screeching in the trees, preparing to settle down for the night.
