This is absolutely one of those boats that is a Must See to Believe. I can promise you this Hatteras is not like anything in her same class. She is equipped with so much for a live a board family and exploring the islands.

We bought this boat in 2012 because we wanted a reliable boat to take to the BVI area and live down there for a year or so. We invested another $200,000 getting her ready for everything we would need to live and travel comfortably. As it turns out my significant other now has landed her dream job and we can't go for some time so someone will benefit from all our work and cost.  

Princess Lynn has had the 6’ fish extension installed in 1999 by Hatteras factory. They did 6 of these before deciding that the cost was not worth the effort. There are a lot of different fish extensions on Hatteras Motor Yachts but most are from other companies and only 4’ extensions. Ours was #2 and to this day you will not see one fracture crack in the glass.

When you first walk up to the Princess you will notice the very shiny “see yourself in the reflection”. That is because Hatteras used Enron paint that was a very hard paint that last many years. When you first walk on board you will notice the swim platform and rear extension has had the floors replaced to synthetic type teak and holly. While walking through the main Salon we have put in very comfortable leather home style reclining chairs and couch, 48’ Smart TV with “Direct TV hook up and satellite” and a complete Yamaha surround sound stereo system.  The lower helm is all done in finished cherry wood and a Raymarine screen along with a newer Simrad autopilot. Walk down stairs to the separate galley and see a redesigned area for a pantry and cooking area along with a full length Sub Zero refrigerator/freezer. Along side there is also a large separate deep freeze that will keep a lot of food -18 degrees

The engine rooms are clean and well maintained Detroit 871T that only have 2650 hours and now have been updated with the new mechanical injectors and all hoses have been replaced to the blue silicone. Neither engine leaks any oil. In the engine room is also a large water heater 2 year old and 4 new style Cruise Air air conditioners.

The guest rooms have there own showers and head and the master as a walk around queen with two large cedar closets

Under the master bed is a 350 gal fresh water tank and the boat is equipped with a large water maker that produces 60 GPH

The boat is beautiful inside and out and has so much storage a family of 4 would not fill it all up. She runs perfect and get 1 mile per gal at 1300 RPM which is about 12 knots. She planes out a 17 Knots and will run at that at 1900 RPM. Opened up at 2400 rpm she will run a solid 20. She holds 1200 gal of fuel for long distance travel
