The Apartment
A large luxury three bedroom/two bathroom ground floor apartment in a quiet cul-de-sac, part of a small group of apartments close to the 7th fairway, overlooking their gardens and pool against a backdrop of Pine forests. Located 10 mins walk to tennis Club, golf clubhouse, childrens activity center and the 5* Marriot Spa and beach a few minutes further. Southerly facing enjoys sun all day. Attractive maintained gardens with shared pool with shallow end (stepped). Large terrace (accessed from lounge and kitchen) with wooden extending table, 6 chairs and 2 sun loungers. Additional 2 sun loungers for use by the pool. The Praia Del Rey beach stretches for miles in both directions and is excellent for sunbathing, walking and surfing. There are parking areas for beach access, or it can be walked in about 10 minutes from the apartment. A 10 minutes drive away finds Obidos Lagoon which is ideal for year-round watersports and swimming for families. Although the lagoon is open to the sea, its sheltered from the Atlantic waves, making it an ideal location for all levels. Golf World Magazine has recently voted the course the 13th best in mainland Europe, and it was described as No 1 golf course in Portugal by the Daily Telegraph in January 2007. Praia del Rey opened in 1997 and is a championship par 72 golf course of 6,625 meters (7,095 yards) providing a genuine challenge for golfers of all standards - 4 holes are strung out along the edge of the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. A further 18 hole course is planned for construction commencing 2008 and a 3rd course nearby is also underway. There are several other golf courses within a reasonable drive. Tennis academy with 7 courts a short walk from the apartment, with coaching and tournaments. Activity center (behind the clubhouse) runs various activities for children including quads, surfing and paintballing. There is a large driving range and golf lessons are available. A full sized all-weather football pitch is in place ready for football related activities. This region is noted for its equestrian facilities, and there are plenty of riding establishments to suit all abilities close by.

The Apartment has television with video, dvd, satellite or cable. The music system will play cassettes, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
