Este es el tipo de apartamento que todos desean tener. Es muy amplio, cuenta con vistas al mar, tiene acabados de lujo, tiene AA frio y calor, suelos de marmol, orientacion sur, las ventanas del salon van del suelo al techo, tiene piscina, acceso a la playa y se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de Marbella. La lista de caracteristicas positivas es interminable y hay pocos muy pocos puntos negativos. Tiene un hall de entrada, dos dormitorios y un bano a la derecha, mientras que la cocina y el salon comedor estan a la izquierda, junto con un cuarto de bano. Uno no puede evitar a notar la vista en el salon del muelle pesquero de Marbella y solo lo voy a mencionar una vez mas. El edificio es el mas pequeno de todos los bloques de la urbanizacion, con solo 10 apartamentos. Tambien hay un aparcamiento subterraneo para un vehiculo y un trastero.
