The estate is located in an agricultural area and is in need of a complete restoration. It consists of a farmhouse of 680 square metres, a 35 square metres annex and a 2 ha of land. The farmhouse is a stone ruin on three floors without roof, since it collapsed long time ago. The annex has been made of stone with a hut roof made of tiles.

The property is located in a predominantly agricultural area near the Morleschio hamlet which is in the municipality of Perugia. This city is rich in history and monuments and is a cultural and economical hub of the region, attracting tourists and students.
