Playa Graciosa Garden Apartment

Playa Graciosa II 3 Bed Garden Apartment for sale Los Cristianos €367,500

This attractive 3 bed apartment is on phase II of the Playa Graciosa and is one of the nicest apartments for sale in Los Cristianos, Tenerife. It has a large garden terrace with sea views and another terrace with views of the complex tropical gardens. The complex is very up market with fabulous gardens and attractive swimming pools.

This is a ground floor apartment but it is elevated from the street and the communal gardens.

The apartment comprises 3 large double bedrooms each with built in wardrobes, a light and spacious lounge dining room with French doors leading onto the large garden terrace with sea views. There is a fully fitted independent kitchen which is large enough for dining and which has access to the other terrace. There is a family bathroom with a bath, shower unit, WC and bidet. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room.

Also included is a private parking space in the underground car park and a secure private storage room. The communal gardens are exceptionally well designed

and maintained, there are two pools, one includes a children's area. The pools are on separate levels and are connected by a rockery waterfall. The poolside areas are bordered by tropical plants and trees.

The apartment has air conditioning and TV points are in all rooms connected to Spanish digital TV. English satellite TV is available. Telephone points are installed in all rooms ready for the line installation.

Included in the sale are all fixtures, fittings and furniture.

With a car you can access the underground garage and use the lift to access the apartment level.

The beach is only a 5 minute walk and from there you can walk along the promenade into Los Cristianos, less than 15 minutes.

We do not see many apartments on the Graciosa complexes which have two terraces, and in this case the larger one has a garden area. This is a very desirable apartment.
