Two Bedroom Bungalow on Parque San..

Two Bedroom Garden Bungalow in Parque San Eugenio 215,000€

This partially refurbished garden bungalow consists of a living area, separate kitchen,2 double bedrooms, and a bathroom there is a terrace of around 10m2 to the front and a garden of around 30m2 to the rear of this property.

The separate kitchen has just been refurbished to a high standard and has been fitted with top quality appliances, there is a large window in the kitchen allowing good ventilation. The living area which is to the front of the property has large patio doors leading on to the private front terrace. There are two double bedrooms, both have built in wardrobes, the main bedroom having patio doors leading out to a private garden. The bathroom of the property has also been refurbished recently and has been fitted with a large shower area.

The house is located in the bottom part of the Parque San Eugenio complex and is just a few metres from the gate. The complex has a nice pool area and easy access to both Torviscas Bajo and San Eugenio as it is conveniently straddles both areas. Close by are nice cafes and bars, several supermarkets, bus routes, taxis etc. You are in between two good tourist areas, both of which are far better than Las Americas - a busy area for the over 50´s, especially from October through to Easter. You´re also close to Puerto Colon and the beach.

For location, size and price of property this is easily the best value property in this price bracket for this area. The last one we had was very similar and the same price although it was not in such a good condition (no reform and very dated furniture) and we sold that one for the asking price earlier this year.
