Geographical position
Halfway between Spoleto and Trevi (11 km from both), the imposing country villa dominates the extensive valley that ranges from Spoleto all the way to Assisi and Perugia.

Description

The house, in stone with a characteristic tower which faces the valley, has three floors.

On the ground floor there is an entrance that introduces us to the large living area of the main dwelling, with a large hall, hall, living room, kitchen, bathroom and two closets.
