Opis

Situated in a small village a short drive from Montmorillon, this big village house is a bit dated, but ready to roll. Into the house we have a large sitting room - very bright with two big windows and a glass door, of 22m2. To the rear we have a fitted kitchen of 16m2 with pantry.

Upstairs avoiding the stannah stairlift (may come in handy, later!), we have a big landing with 3 good sized bedrooms and a bathroom. There is an attic that is usable, but it does have a big beam at about chest height.

Outside from the kitchen a drive goes up to a big garage, boiler room (newish oil CH) and laundry with WC, then we come out to a long narrow garden of 80m2.
