General Condition
The Work Horse is designed for light duty commercial work. With added strength, along the ribs, bottom, and sides the Work Horse will keep working no matter the situation.  
 
Actual Condition
It is reported that the boat was tied to a steel barge...overnight heavy rains overwhelmed the bilge pump and the boat fully sank. Winds impacted the boat against the steel barge causing additional damage to the hull (see photos).

Both outboards were submerged. Some of the pilot house windows were cracked. Some of the side rails/bumpers have been loosened from the boat. Please inspect carefully for further damage before making an offer.
