General Condition
The 3470 offers a lot of space for a boat her size. Her cockpit and cabin are both well-thought-out when it comes to optimizing space. The cockpit features a wet bar, cockpit shower and refrigerator/freezer for handy beverages underway.

Down below the 3470 up to six can sleep with her V-berth, convertible dinette area, and aft fixed berth. There’s a full galley complete with refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, two-burner electric cook-top, and good cabinet space. The head offers good room to move around and features a separate shower with a molded-in seat.
 
Actual Condition
It was reported this 3470 Express observed an aft cabin fire while on dry storage for the season. Much of the affected area is in the aft cabin, main cabin, galley, forward stateroom, and head compartment which sustained overhead damage continuing downwards to the cabinetry, upholstery, and equipment.

However, the motors, generator, and systems appeared unfazed in this incident. There is certainly work to be done but with the right resources, you can have this 3470 Express cruising again. Enjoying the good handling, speed, and versatility she offers. Register your bids today!
