The owners have owned her for almost 9 years and enjoyed sailing her in the Bahamas and Florida while all along making sure to keep her well maintained, clean, and in great overall condition.  The interior woodwork looks almost new, upholstery is in excellent condition and the bilge areas are cleaner than any boat I've ever seen.  

The space for provisions, guests, and equipment is abundant.  One of the most noticeable things is the amount of natural light and ventilation with all the opening ports, hatches, and the cowl vents.  

Nice improvement include two solar panels which provide 280 watts, a dinghy motor hoist, and motor mount on the stern pulpit.  A connector between the dodger and the Bimini increases the usable space in the cockpit on days where the sunshine is too much or a small rainstorm makes the cockpit a nice place to enjoy a quiet anchorage. 

Island Breeze still has a shiny hull and she has been hauled every year. A fresh coat of CSC has been applied every two years.
